All hardware projects carry inherent risks. We're committed to transparency about ours: component supply chain delays, certification timelines (FCC, CE, RoHS), and manufacturing yield rates can all affect delivery schedules.
Our manufacturing partners have been selected and contracts are in negotiation. Prototypes have been validated. We will provide monthly updates throughout the manufacturing process with no-spin reporting.

Kickstarter pledges are subject to Kickstarter's Terms of Use in addition to these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We commit to providing regular updates and refund options in the event of significant delays.
All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, and product designs are the exclusive property of DGS Technologies Inc. and are protected by US and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
DGS products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Pioneer backers receive lifetime warranty coverage. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original condition and packaging. Contact support@dgs-tech.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DGS Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in the State of Delaware.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
DGS Technologies Inc. is committed to reliable, transparent global shipping. This policy applies to all direct orders and Kickstarter campaign fulfillment.
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Kickstarter backer orders follow campaign-specific timelines communicated at pledge time. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Kickstarter Campaign: Free worldwide shipping is included with all pledge tiers. No additional shipping charges.
Direct Orders: Free shipping on orders over $100. Standard rates apply to orders below this threshold, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
All shipments include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Track your package directly through our carrier partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and regional postal services.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. DGS Technologies has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your building's mail room. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@dgs-tech.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. For damaged packages, photograph the damage before opening and contact us immediately.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. DGS Technologies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
Kickstarter backers receive detailed fulfillment updates via the Kickstarter platform and email throughout the production and shipping process. Estimated delivery dates are published in the campaign and updated promptly if circumstances change.
